Slow-roasted goat, Patagonian lamb, fresh-caught river fish, and wines from southern Chile. Every evening at Rahue House ends around fire and a full table — a ritual as old as the campo itself.

Our kitchen celebrates local produce and open-fire tradition. Guests are invited to share the asado experience alongside our gaucho staff — an intimate, unrepeatable moment in every stay.

La Patagonia que te espera

Rahue House es un lodge exclusivo ubicado en la Patagonia andina de Chile, en la cuenca del río Quillen. Ofrecemos experiencias de pesca con mosca de clase mundial, caza mayor en campo abierto, cabalgatas y una gastronomía basada en la tradición del asado chileno.

Nuestras aguas son cristalinas, de deshielo andino puro. Las truchas arcoíris y cafés que habitan el Quillen y el Rahue son salvajes y de gran tamaño. El territorio es vasto, silencioso y absolutamente auténtico. No hay nada artificial en Rahue House — ni el lujo, ni la experiencia, ni la gente.

La temporada corre de noviembre a abril. Recibimos un máximo de 12 huéspedes para garantizar privacidad y atención personalizada. Los traslados se coordinan desde el aeropuerto de Temuco (ZCO).
